Terms and Conditions

That the client understands and agrees that this free installation services is at-par with the acquisition of AAC blocks and/or wall panel per square meter or per piece which shall not be subject for any retention amount.

The client agrees to this terms & condition by signing the Project Quotation and Terms & Condition on Free Installation.

That a PROCESS FLOW GUIDE provided by Blocktec shall be the standard operating procedure that will be followed to the installation process.

The client shall willingly provide all detailed plan, key plan, detailed drawings and other technical drawings and documents needed for the installation process.

The client agrees and shall provide all the necessary materials, equipment, supply, barracks and transportation to comply with the CHECKLIST provided by Blocktec Trading.

That the installation AAC lintel beams acquired from Blocktec Trading is included, however, the installation of all conventional lintel beams, supporting beams and stiffeners are not included.

The hauling of debries, breakages and other construction materials and equipment are not included.

Other additional expenses such as electricity usage, water usage et. al. should be provided by the client.

Installation services only apply to the installation of AAC blocks, AAC lintel beams and AAC wall panels. Other services in roughing-ins such as skimcoating, electrical and plumbing embedments/roughing-ins are not included.

Other AAC blocks, AAC lintel beams or AAC wall panels purchased from a different company will not be accommodated in this installation.

That this free installation offered by Blocktec Trading is intended to Greater Manila Area. Therefore, any project outside GMA is subject for the approval of the management and will incur additional charges for mobilization.

That Blocktec Trading offers a 3-year warranty for the supply of labor and materials of all installed AAC blocks, AAC lintel beams and AAC wall panels.

That the said warranty shall be revoked if other materials such as adhesive that was used in the installation was not provided by Blocktec Trading.

That upon submission of the Notice to Proceed and any delay occurred for any reasons on the part of the client, a daily penalty of Php2,500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only) per crew shall be collected.
Step 1: Documentation
Submit all necessary documents such as signed Project Quotation, signed Terms & Conditions, detailed plan, key plan, detailed drawings and other technical drawings and documents needed for the installation process. Prepare the site for ocular visit for the checklist.
Step 2: Site Visit
Client must make sure that all items in the checklist are ready and provided otherwise the notice to proceed will not be issued by our technical team.
Step 3: Site Works
Upon completion of the checklist and agreement with the schedule of the installation works, a notice to proceed will be issued and the actual installation will commence.
Step 3: Turn Over
Upon completion of each NOTICE TO PROCEED document, a turn-over document will be provided thus a warranty will also be issued.
