HR Supervisor

The HR and Admin supervisor provides support to the Human Resources and Administration department, assisting in various HR and administrative functions. This role involves handling HR-related tasks, coordinating administrative activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Salary: Salary for discussion
Job Type: Full-time Position
Reporting: On-site / Face-to-Face
Schedule: 8-hour shift / Monday to Saturday (flexi and can be negotiated)
Supplemental Pay Types: 13th-month salary

Responsibilities

 

  •  Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

  •  Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition.

  •  Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate information.

  •  Support employee benefits administration like HMO, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

  •  Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

  •  Maintain and organize files, documents, and records in both physical and electronic formats.

  •  Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

  •  Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

  •  Assist in monitoring employee attendance, leaves, and timesheets.

  •  Help maintain a safe and secure working environment, following health and safety guidelines.

  •  Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing company events and activities.

  •   Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns, providing timely and accurate responses.

  •  Foster positive employee relations by promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.

  •  Collaborate with the HR team to implement employee development and training programs.

  •  Conduct an exit interviews

  •  Work with Finance for the processing of final pay for the resigned employees.

Qualification

 

  •  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  •  Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.

  •  Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and regulations.

  •  Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software.

  •  Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  •  Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  •  Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

  •  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

  •  Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

  •  Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
